[OPLINTECH] New Ohio Capitol Connection design

As previously announced (see below), OPLIN's links to Ohio
Capitol Connection now route to the new site design and domain,
http://www.rotundacollection.com.

Many libraries may be linking directly to Ohio Capitol
Connection at http://www.ohcapcon.com/oplin.htm. If so,
please change any such links. Those are to the old site, and
will not give your patrons remote access to the resource.
We suggest instead that you link to http://www.oplin.org/occ.
That does allow remote access using a library card (zip code
entry is not allowed for Ohio Capitol Connection).

If you manage your own EZProxy server (or the similar
application in Innopac), your destination URL should be
changed to http://www.rotundacollection.com. The usual
resource configuration works. Contact me if you have
configuration questions.

The new OCC site has very different search capabilities than
the old, so WebFeat and other meta-searching translators
will have to be redeveloped. If you have thoughts about how
meta-searching should work on the new site, please send them
to me (or join the OWIG list and post your suggestions there;
you can subscribe at http://mail.oplin.org/mailman/listinfo/owig).

Your most humble and obedient servant,

                                  Don Yarman
