PDF creator should do what your looking for. Its free and is released
under the GPL.  It adds a printer called pdf creator to the machine.
What ever application you are using, you can do a File--->Print.. and
select PDF creator as the printer, and it will create a PDF for you. We
currently do not have this application on our public stations but I have
put it on several staff stations.
