[OPLINTECH] OPLIN Inventory

[OPLIN Support]

To Ohio Library Staff Members:

  We have been informed by the Department of
  Administrative Services / Office of Information
  Technology that they will be conducting a physical
  inventory of all equipment that belongs to Unified
  Network Services (formerly GOSIP). Over the next
  several months, Asset Management staff will travel to
  each OPLIN location throughout Ohio to complete this
  task. OPLIN does not have a schedule of specific
  visits to specific libraries. However, this visit
  should not take much time nor should it take any
  effort on the part of libraries. The visitors will
  simply verify each router or other piece of equipment
  by making note of the asset tag on it.

  You can expect a visit from one of these three people:
  Mr. Morman, Mr. Phelps and Ms. Quappe.

  Please welcome them and give them access to the
  OPLIN-provided equipment.
