Office of Information Technology Customer Update - September 8, 2006

 

Scheduled Maintenance:

 

When: Every Tuesday

Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM

 

September 12

 

OIT engineers will be making configuration changes to routers BBSOCA,
BBSOCB, ATMSOCA and ATMSOCB.    

 

Customers that may be affected:

 

Lottery

Office of Information Technology

 

September 19

 

Routers BBRHOH, BBRHOI and switch SWRHOA will be decommissioned and
powered off.

Connections between ISPRHO and ISPSOC to BBRHOH and BBRHOI will be
removed.

ATM ports on ATMSOCA and ATMSOCB that connected to BBRHOH and BBRHOI
will be turned off.

Configuration for a redundant connection between ISPRHO and ISPSOC and
eTech will be removed.

ATM connection to ISPSOC will be turned off.

 

No customers will be affected.

 

Monthly Firewall Maintenance:

 

When: Third Tuesday of every Month

Next Scheduled Maintenance: September 19, 2006

Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
