[OPLINTECH] House Bill Could Criminalize Free Wi-Fi Operators

This seems to be something that is rushing through pretty covertly. If 
it gets passed without being publicized it's will be a problem like the 
anti-smaoking laws, as far as  enforceability. Some questions about it I 
have are: What is the time frame before the senate looks at it for 
approval? Are libraries trying to oppose it?
