[OPLINTECH] tutor.com/know-it-now technical impact

I had occasion to review our internet traffic and connections while working
last evening.  Addresses associated with tutor.com comprised almost 50% of
our total number of connections
 and we were busy with multiple myspace and
youtube addicts.  Have other libraries had occasion to evaluate the impact
of Know-it-now or this type of application on overall operations?
