[OPLINTECH] [Fwd: dvd security]

We used to have avery high DVD theft problem (no security system) but 
have alleviated most of the thefts by keeping the discs behind the desk. 
It is time-consuming at checkout, but secure for the most part. When we 
renovated, the new circ desk was built full of drawers with compartments 
the right size to hold the DVDs.
