[OPLINTECH] Learn2.com Player Issues (Still)

Thanks to Stephen poking them a little bit, we now have a working
client. The installer is unfortunately not on their site, so I'll attach
the file to this message. Oddly enough, the product version listed in
the properties table in this file is and older version than what is on
their site. I just installed it on my systems and am now able to launch
their tests as a normal limited user after deploying it via group
policy.

Just to note, their site does use pop ups to launch the tests, so you
might want to consider adding *.stlu.com as a trusted site for your
patron accounts so that they do not get the warnings and pop ups when
launching them.

And again, a big thanks to Stephen for getting the ball moving over
there!

Ouch, this looks frustrating.

We'll try pushing a little from OPLIN, maybe see if we can get any
help from the LearningExpress folks as well.
