[OPLINTECH] Joomla for Web Developement

OPLIN Libraries:

 

Does anyone have any input on Joomla (www.joomla.org) as a website
developing and maintenance tool?  We are looking to redo our website from
scratch and I'm looking for alternative ways of approaching the task instead
of just the typical Dreamweaver/Expression approach.  In the end, I want
something that is quick and multi-functional without having to learn or
re-learn a lot of code/scripting.

 

Any thoughts would be helpful.
