[OPLINTECH] PSP/New Nintendo DS and Wireless

If you have the ability to do a packet trace on the DHCP requests coming 
from the PSPs and DSs and the responses coming from your server, you 
might be able to quickly get an idea of what the problem is. DHCP is a 
fairly simple protocol to understand. Wireshark (formerly Ethereal) is 
your friend here.
