[OPLINTECH] Chat tools for staff

Hello all,

Thanks for all of the ideas!

I took a look at "libraryh3lp"  or library help
It is $100 a year for us - which is pretty low.
Pretty cool service for the public too. - If you have staff
to staff it....

Matt - Can you tell me if all the chats are open to all the staff?
I realize all work correspondence are public documents
but sometimes it is nice to only chat with one person
at a time..  Plus timing is everything.

I have installed libraryh3lp (http://libraryh3lp.com/docs/h3lp) on our
intranet . It's inexpensive and is designed for libraries. Lots of options,
too.
