[OPLINTECH] Public Printing

We don't have any of this software set up yet, but I believe that 
Librarica's SPOT software (for managing wireless access), when used with 
their CASSIE software (for print management and public computer 
sign-in), makes it easy for wireless users to print to the same library 
printers that the public computers use.
