[OPLINTECH] Public Access Computer purchases

Regarding replacing the motherboards:  That could have been the global 
issue with bad capacitors. The time period is right. There was a several 
year period when a multitude of capacitor makers were using a bad 
electrolyte formula that caused capacitors to fail prematurely. 
(Corporate espionage at its finest!) The bad caps were in everything 
electronic and could have easily been why you had to replace so many 
mainboards. If that's what happened with your Dells, I wouldn't hold it 
against them. Dell was as much a victim as you were in this case.

Just a thought.
