[OPLINTECH] Epson Receipt printer print driver

I looked around for the driver in all the usual places, Epson, 
SourceForge, Google, CNet and some other driver sites. I couldn't find 
anything, I am assuming this is an older printer since the series is now 
on its IV incarnation. My suggestion would be to contact Epson Customer 
support and request the legacy drivers for this device.
