[OPLINTECH] Bookmobile connectivity

Becky,

This was written from the perspective of  Horizon library, but you might
find it helpful all the same.  It's a little outdated.  We are now using USB
based EVDO (broadband modems) in place of the air cards, but pretty much
everything else is the same including the external antennas.

We also make use of simple keep alive scripts as well.
