[OPLINTECH] X Server

About a year ago I had a small X11 server program for Windows that would 
run from a flash drive, was free, and worked nicely with putty for X 
tunneling. Somehow I lost that application, and now I can't even 
remember what it was called. Can anyone point me in the direction of 
something similar?
