[OPLINTECH] E-Rate workshops filling up

Because of the big changes coming to E-Rate this year (see 
http://www.oplin.org/4cast/?p=1384) this fall's E-Rate workshops are 
rapidly filling up. If you've been waiting for the last minute to sign 
up -- it's time!

The Form 470 workshop on November 8 will provide an overview of the 
E-rate process, specific requirements for the upcoming funding year and 
a line-by-line review of Form 470, the first step in the application 
process.

The Form 471 workshop on December 16 will offer a line-by-line review 
and analysis of the filing of the E-Rate Form 471, the actual 
application for discounts on eligible services.
