[OPLINTECH] Time Warner Business Class Phone

We're evaluating proposals for phone service and received an offer from Time
Warner for their business class phone service which looks like it is going
to offer a good price/feature set for us.  I'd be interested in hearing from
others about their experiences with TW's phone service and issues related to
migration from a "traditional" phone vendor like AT&T who currently supplies
our Centrex service.
