[OPLINTECH] Thermal printer recommendation

We are using Star thermal printers. They are supported by our ILS vendor. The Epson printers we were using will work but if we run into a printing issue the ILS vendor is very limited in what they can do do resolve the issue. Since our ILS vendor sells Star thermal printers they are able to provide us with better support when resolving printing issues.
