[OPLINTECH] Work Order Systems?

Any suggestions for a good IT Work Order system? I want something that
works well with smartphones and Exchange. We're currently using Track-It
and we have another department here that uses Micromain, but neither
seem to integrate as well as I'd like with smartphones.
