[OPLINTECH] Public wireless time limits and timouts

If you have SPOT from Librarica or some other way of authenticating 
public wireless Internet sessions, what policies do you have for 
limiting people's time (session length, daily max, hours available), and 
what timeout period do you use? We're getting ready to implement SPOT.
