[OPLINTECH] Routing issue upstream of OPLIN network

All,

Earlier today we identified a routing issue between OARNet and one of their partners in the Dayton area.

The only noticed effects of said issue being...

#1 Loss of access to payrollservers.us and gotimeforce2.com
#2 Loss of access to Trumpia, our SMS provider

As of roughly 1pm today the routing has been fixed, restoring access to all services.

During the outage all text messages were stored in the OPLIN SMS gateway queue, thus nothing was lost.
