[OPLINTECH] Public Library Scanner Kiosk

Hello OplinTech,

I'm looking for this solution today to get installed and running on a new
PC. I'm looking for free software that is easy to scan documents using a
scanner we already have.  I need it to be able to save as Jpeg and PDF.
Options for sending it to an email would be awesome too.
