[OPLINTECH] LearningExpress new accounts problem

People trying to set up new accounts in LearningExpress Library version 3 are getting an error message saying "your institution subscription is inactive." Both OPLIN and INFOhio reported this problem to LearningExpress shortly after 8:00 this morning, but have not yet received any information back from LearningExpress. Presumably this technical problem is related to the closing of all LearningExpress Library version 2 accounts, scheduled for the end of today.
