[OPLINTECH] DeepFreeze and Windows Update Loop

Thanks everyone!  Here is what wound up working for me.  Booted machines 
with Windows 7 recovery disk, selected command prompt, and deleted the 
pending.xml file from windows\windows32\winsxs on the OS drive.  There 
was a bit of unfreezing and refreezing in there after that, but all 
machines now working and the public is happy (and so am I).
