I only contribute my solution here because no one else has mentioned it.

We utilize the Google cloud for non-profits which uses my domain name, and
it's all free- - -ish (Travis says it only costs you your soul and he may
be right).
Gmail hosts our email, calendar our staff and personal calendars, and
Google sites hosts our staff intranet.

I use Google because we all know we will all be their slaves soon enough,
so we might as well get used to it now.
