[OPLINTECH] New WiFi connection stats reporting / captured portals

I imported my IPCop DHCP logs into Excel. Then used Filter and Remove 
Duplicates to get the number of DHCP leases (more specifically 
DCHPOFFER). This counts each MAC address only once even if that device 
left and then came back to the library more than once.
