[OPLINTECH] Windows 10 computers for the public

I was wondering what other libraries did with their public computers.  Do
you join them to the domain or just leave them in a workgroup?

I have always joined them to the domain, but always hid the network from
them.  I am not very familiar with Windows 10, so I was wondering if it
would be easier to not join them to the domain.
