[OPLINTECH] Laptop carts

Just generally...heat is a detriment to electronics. Excess heat can
shorten the lifespan of an electronic device. In a horizontal orientation
and depending on the design, you could potentially have more trapped heat
from the charging process in each slot compared to a vertical orientation.
It's very unlikely to cause any problems at all, as the heat generated will
almost certainly stay well within the electronics' tolerances. But all else
being equal and given the choice of trapping heat close to my electronics
versus allowing it to dissipate into the room, I'd choose the latter.

In reality, it's just me being anal.   :-)
