[OPLINTECH] WiFi usage reporting.

We've been using OpenMesh (http://www.open-mesh.com) wifi access points to
create good solid low-cost mesh networks with no annual fees in combination
with Who's On My WiFi for the stats reporting.

WOMW is a pretty simplistic stats solution that does the job decently well
and it's hard to beat the price. I completely agree with Anne's assertion
that they're been very responsive and helpful. I think it's a small company
with maybe four or five people and I think we've had the opportunity to
communicate with pretty much all of them by now. They've consistently been
very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They've also seemed to
proactively monitor the agents and tend to bug us (in a good way) when they
see a problem.

Chad
