[OPLINTECH] modifying a WordPress theme?

You've hit on a big issue with WordPress themes. Unfortunately, WordPress
themes control so much of the website's function. Most themes are not
easily adjusted without significant knowledge of PHP and CSS. Frameworks
can be used to gain the control needed to adjust sites between rebuilds.
Below is a link to a good list of WordPress Frameworks. My personal
favorite is Gantry. Gantry is available for both Joomla and WordPress,
sorry Drupal developers you're on your own. If you're going to do this
yourself, choosing only plugins, themes, and frameworks that are very well
documented will help significantly. Don't try to do it all for free either.
