Good afternoon everyone!

I just finished sending out the SecurityIQ admin invites to everyone who requested access. If you don't see an email invite from them in your inbox, you may also want to check your spam folder. Otherwise let me know and I'll resend it to you.

Anyone who hasn't requested access yet feel free to shoot me an email along with the number of staff you'd like licenses for!

Once your admin account is up and running, here's some of the more interesting areas of the web admin you might want to check out.
· Phishing EMail template library under "PhishSim -> Email Templates"
· Training video library is found under "AwareEd -> Modules"
· Default 12 month training battery is under "PhishSim -> Batteries"
· Section to import AD users in under "Learners -> Active Directory Synchronizer"
Remember that this upcoming Tuesday SecurityIQ will be hosting a webinar, consisting of a quick implementation walk through, followed by a Q&A session.

Date: Tuesday, October 16th
Time: 10:00am EST

Thanks!

Good afternoon all,

Beginning this month OPLIN can provide security awareness training and email phishing simulations for all Ohio public library staff at no cost to the library!

A one year agreement has been reached with SecurityIQ (https://securityiq.infosecinstitute.com/) which allows us to distribute admin accounts and staff licensing to any library interested in using the service.

  * The admin account gives you full control over branding, reporting, simulation selection, and staff targeting.
  * The training path through SecurityIQ is designed to be a 12 month program (outline attached), but we encourage any manner of use, even if just to send out a limited number of simulated attacks to foster discussion among staff.
  * The SecurityIQ video module library list is also attached to give you an idea of the training materials.
To ease the setup process and answer your questions, SecurityIQ is hosting a webinar on October 16th consisting of a quick implementation walk through, followed by a Q&A session.

Date: Tuesday, October 16th
Time: 10:00am EST

A recording of the webinar will be made available for anyone not able to attend.

To set up your admin access, shoot me an email (karl at oplin.ohio.gov<mailto:karl at oplin.ohio.gov>) along with the number of staff licenses you'll need (licensing can also be adjusted later). We have blanket licensing for all Ohio public library staff, so feel free to include all staff!

I'm happy to answer any questions via phone or email.
