I personally use 1password and recommend it highly if you're okay with
a paid solution. https://1password.com It works on Windows, Mac,
Linux, and Chrome OS, iOS and I think Android too. They have different
subscription packages for individuals, families, teams, and
businesses.

I too would be interested to hear whether any libraries have
incorporated this kind of tool into their day-to-day business among
their teams.
