[OPLINTECH] Microsoft purchasing

Hi Brad,

Prior to working at OPLIN, here's what I found when shopping for Microsoft
licenses for a public library:

Within recent years, Microsoft reclassified public libraries as educational
institutions (see the attached licensing document from Microsoft). While
the discount isn't as steep as TechSoup non-profit licenses were, education
licenses can cost as much as 70% less than business licenses. I received
license quotes from CDW Government and SHI, and others can likely offer
more recent suggestions. This Microsoft site provides a vendor search tool:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/solution-providers/search

You can try using the attached document to show a vendor that public
libraries should receive education pricing; I found that some vendors
quoted business pricing unless shown documentation.
