<B><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Scheduled Maintenance:</FONT></B><BR>
<BR>
<FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">When: Every Tuesday<BR>
<BR>
Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">November 22 - OIT engineers will make configuration changes to our Internet Border Routers (ISPRHO and ISPSOC). Brief outages are expected.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">November 22 - OIT engineers will be replacing a power supply in a router (OITSOC3) within the OIT Enterprise Network. No outage is expected.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">November 22, 29, December 6, 13, 20</FONT> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Tahoma">–</FONT><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial"> OIT engineers will be migrating customers to the new Columbus Core Network. These moves will be coordinated with the customers by their customer engineers.</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">During the migration to the new Columbus Core Network, customer engineers are planning to work with each agency on current and future bandwidth requirements.</FONT></P>
<P><B><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Completed Maintenance:</FONT></B>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">November 15 - OIT engineers made a configuration change to our Internet Border Routers (ISPRHO and ISPSOC).</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">November 15</FONT> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Tahoma">–</FONT><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial"> Emergency Maintenance - OIT engineers restarted the Internet Border Routers (ISPRHO and ISPSOC) as the first step to resolving a memory issue.</FONT></P>
<P><B><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Monthly Firewall Maintenance:<BR>
</FONT></B><BR>
<FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">When: Third Tuesday of every Month<BR>
<BR>
Next Scheduled Maintenance: December 20, 2005<BR>
<BR>
Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.<BR>
<BR>
The Network Security Group will be performing firewall maintenance. Less than three minute outages are expected during the maintenance window.
