<P><B><FONT FACE="Arial">Emergency Maintenance Scheduled: Thursday, January 5, 2006 : 5:30am</FONT></B>

<P><FONT FACE="Arial">Post mortem analysis of the ATM issue has determined that a processor module in one of the failing ATM core switches needs replaced. The network outage, as a result of this hardware replacement is expected to be less than 15 minutes.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Arial">The work will begin at 5:30am on Thursday, January 5, 2006.</FONT>
