created 2 partitions (c:\ 70+gb ---- d:\ 3gb) Installed W2k </FONT></SPAN><SPAN

file </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

installed profiles, setup desktop & start menu, & then set security.

specifically (not just everyone). Makes no difference if I allow c:\ to be
