not unloaded. You should make sure that you are logged out prior to
restarting after setting up SS. If you are not running UPHClean the MS
tool by Robin Caron that unloads the profile may also help resolve this

I have this annoying bug that occasionally makes my primary SS profile
inaccessible. <br>

"Windows cannot log you on because yoiur profile cannot be
loaded" Anyone using SS ever seen this? <br>

There is some discussion in the MS forums, but I have yet to find a resolution.<br>
