You can now sign up to for one or a series of free courses taught by
OPLIN staff in the virtual world of <a
href="http://www.secondlife.com/">Second Life</a>.
If you have been interested in learning more about SL but never tried
it (or want to know more than how to make your avatar walk), this is
your opportunity to get hands-on, personalized instruction in a
comfortable environment.
<p>You'll need a computer with sound, a broadband connection (no dial
up) and the Second Life <a
href="http://secondlife.com/support/downloads.php">software</a>
installed. You'll also need to go through a short tutorial before you
will be able to go through the OPLIN courses (more information will be
sent out after registration).</p>
