<font size="2"><font face="tahoma,sans-serif">We're a Dell shop. I always price HP, but Dell has never failed to murder them on price. Maybe I never talk to the right HP sales rep!<br><br>IMO, it is all a commodity, and price rules. For us, Dell support quality has varied through the years, but it is on an uptrend. I rarely have to contact a person, though, and their self-support options are great.<br>
<br>I am wary of the small form-factor units after the blown caps debacle from a few years ago, but those defective mobos were used by many vendors, not just Dell.<br><br>(Also, we've had success and saved a bunch of money through the years using <a href="http://outlet.dell.com">http://outlet.dell.com</a>, though it is difficult to buy the same units in quantity that way.)<br>
