Jim,<div><br></div><div>We were one of those Gates Grant libraries that invested in Acer PCs.  They have been installed and in use for over a year now.   I have been really pleased with their performance and reliability as public access PCs to date.</div>

<div><br></div><div>The only complaint that I have is that in order to register the units with their support, I had to jump through some hoops as their system does (or at least did)  not seem capable of supporting bulk updates of this information.</div>
