We're evaluating proposals for phone service and received an offer from Time Warner for their business class phone service which looks like it is going to offer a good price/feature set for us.  I'd be interested in hearing from others about their experiences with TW's phone service and issues related to migration from a "traditional" phone vendor like AT&T who currently supplies our Centrex service.<br>
