looking at the stuff I didn't see how we actually ran it.<br>
Version 3 may be different.<br>

A manual install just copies files to a folder so there wasn't
automatically a registry change.<br>
But that would be one way auto start it.<br>
You could use regedit on a working PC and search for PWB or
possibly Teamsoftware<br>
Or look at the properties in the desktop icon for the name of the
ini file, and search for that<br>

Check the root of C: for an Autoexec.bat and see if it's there.<br>
<br>
Look in All Programs / Startup and see if it's there<br>
<br>
The actual command may be something as simple as just PWB<br>
Or more elaborate such as:<br>
l:\apps\pwb\pwb2.09 /INI=l:\apps\pwb\PWB9test.INI<br>
This ran from a Novell network server.<br>

Since there are so many PC's acting up it might be running from a
network.<br>
<br>
Command info will be in a file named like PWBv2.rtf in the PWB
directory<br>

<div>I scoured one path of AD settings (Group Policy)... almost
nothing was configured for the user "pccat2", which is 'who'
the CATALOG computers login as. Ctrl-Alt-Del was the only
thing-- not even a startup or login script. I'm not sure
who/what is telling PWB to load on the machines. It's possible
that each "machine" is individually configured, or there is a
group of machines that I've not yet encountered, somewhere in
AD.</div>

<div>Anyone can offer a best way to hunt this down? I don't want
to miss the obvious, and Windows is not my friend.</div>
