On one hand, it seems like a nice service to offer, and
environmentally friendly.

to wait longer, and a duplexer would be just one more thing where
something could go wrong.

Our CASSIE software has a setting for duplex charging, so that
apparently you can charge a base amount per sheet and then an
extra amount if it's duplex.
