A few weeks ago Chauncey (director) found and installed eTicket.<br>
Not quite open source, but can be modified.<br>
<br>
Seems to be working for the little bit we have used it so far.<br>
<br>
Two categories (Technology & Maintenance) were setup initially.<br>
