Are you using an oplin fiber connection for the speed test? <br>
We have an oplin fiber connection at our library provided by time warner. Its my understanding that it connects us to oplin then from oplin's location to the internet.

If oplin's internet connection is in Columbus and someone does a speedtest using your speed test server from their house a mile away from your library, wouldn't they have to send their data through Oplin's internet connection in Columbus (or where ever it
is) in order to access the server connected to the fiber connection that goes to your library? If so, would they get better results just using a server that is located in Columbus? This assumes that you are using an oplin fiber connection.<br>

<div>If you're looking to stress test network segments, I'd recommend using a traffic generator like Iperf, and then monitoring the interface using either a SNMP monitor like Cacti, or a packet inspector like Wireshark. Those are my go to tools, and though
the learning curve on them is steeper, you'll get a lot more out of it in the long run.</div>

hosted SpeedTest.Net Mini on a server. I have one setup but am having problems testing upload. We are using IIS 8 to host it and I think the problems are with posting to http size limit. <br>
