With the soaring pricing of Microsoft licensing, I am curious what
other libraries are doing on the MS Office front. I am
particularly interested in the patron aspect. I don't think it
will be terribly difficult to migrate staff over to something else
(Google docs, MS 365, etc.), but am not sure how that would be on
the patron side. I do go through TechSoup to get the steep
discounts but there are limitations there too.
