<p dir="ltr">Your DNS servers are different between the patron computer and yours. The primary DNS, which is also your DHCP server is common between both of them, but the secondary is different. If 192.168.0.8 is no longer available (I assume it isn't because it's the same as your WINS server) and you're having problems with your primary DNS server, then the patron computer won't be able to resolve names.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Try to see if DNS is resolving on your patron computer. </p>

I assumed that it was the fiber connection 1st, Nope, I can RDP into any of the computers at the branches from the main. The LAN is fine. I restarted the old DC1, no go. The IP, gateway, DNS, & netmask are all identical to the settings on the Main locations computers (the ones that have internet access). The ONLY thing I have found is that the branches all have WINS server information from the old domain.
