WordPerfect import filters were removed from OpenOffice 3.4 for
licensing reasons.
Probably from LibreOffice for the same reason

However, they may be opened with the older version: Open Office
3.3.0
A download link is:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/openofficeorg.mirror/files/stable/3.3.0/OOo_3.3.0_Win_x86_install-wJRE_en-US.exe/download

WordPerfect file extensions may be: .wpd, .wp, .wp(and some
number), none, or a meaningful ?? one (to the author).

If needed, to determine a WP file (at least versions 5 thru 10),
open it with Notepad, or a hex editor.
The first 4 characters will be:
FF 57 50 43 (HEX)
or W P C (ASCII) (WPC = Word Perfect Corel)
