Years ago the library pay phone was removed, due to the excessive
cost of ownership.<br>
<br>
If someone absolutely needs to make a call, staff will dial the
number on an office telephone.<br>
Limits long distance use.<br>
<br>
Doubt if there are 25 calls a year as cell phones are predominant in
our area.<br>

with an issue that I’ve sure others of you have faced: the

that serves a lot of low income patrons, many of whom cannot
afford their own phone. The library is trying to decide
whether or not to keep the payphone and wants to explore
